Shipping policy

Processing Time All Ramble & Bud journals are made to order by hand in our small studio in Washington. Please allow 5 to 6 weeks from the close of the ordering window for your piece to be made and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $10.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Orders are shipped with tracked shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we are working toward and will be available in future drops.

Shipping Carrier Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is typically 5 to 8 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages Ramble & Bud is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is lost in transit please reach out to us at hello@rambleandbud.com and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
