Refund policy

At Ramble & Bud, every piece is made by hand, to order, and personalized to your specifications. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We take great care in crafting each journal and stand fully behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at hello@rambleandbud.com with photos of the issue and we will make it right, either through a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Please note:

• Natural variations in grain, tone, and texture are an inherent characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather and are not considered defects
• Embossing, personalization, and custom options are final and non-refundable
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has been dispatched
